I know it’s not apparent from my posting volume so far, but I’m a little drowsy today. I have a good reason, though— I got up at 6:30 and walked to HUP to start the “clinical” part of my clinical preceptorship course.
I’m working with Brian Litt, an MD neurologist who spends half of his time doing research in the BE department (neuroengineering, specifically), and the other half in the Penn Epilepsy Center as a clinician.
I didn’t get to spend as much time at the hospital as I would have liked; I had to make it back to campus for a seminar. But I’m looking forward to more clinic hours, and starting in the lab.
