All this talk about Democratic presidential nominations has gotten me thinking about why I dislike Hillary Clinton so much. I couldn’t quite put it into words, but then I found this article I linked to in January: The 50 Most Loathsome People in America.

Well, as a liberal woman, I like Hillary. I don’t know much about her record as a senator, but I admired her push for universal healthcare when Clinton was president. However, I certainly don’t want her to be the Democratic nominee; she is too polarizing. We need someone likable to most people because unfortunately that’s how people vote.

Yeah, she definitely has some good social tendencies, but with some things — those constant video-game crusades come to mind — I’m thinking she could afford to be a little more libertarian. She’d probably pick up more support across the political spectrum from it.
