This article makes me want to revise my Facebook “Favorite Books”, which are currently listed as:
House of Leaves, His Dark Materials, AHWOSG, H2G2, and anything by Sedaris, Vonnegut, Heinlein, Tolkien, Jorge Luis Borges, Bret Easton Ellis, or Ian McEwan, plus nerdy science books like Feynman, Dawkins, Brian Greene, and V.S. Ramachandran.
What does that say about me? That I’m a nerd, yes, but certainly not too highbrow, right? I didn’t even mention anything existential. Too many acronyms perhaps?

A bookshelf is not the same as Facebook!
Judging someone from a Facebook profile is really a whole other problem….
