I just don’t understand all the furor over the upcoming DNC Rules & Bylaws Committee meeting. It seems like Clinton supporters are mad at the DNC and the Obama campaign, but the anger seems misplaced.
First, Florida and Michigan Dems voted for the rules that eventually stripped them of their delegates. Second, Clinton agreed to these rules, then agreed not to campaign in the states, implying agreement with the DNC’s actions. They should be just as mad at her, but probably madder at the Dem leadershipi in MI and FL.
There’s a name for people who agree to rules at the outset of a game, but then feign outrage and lobby for change when it becomes clear that the rules benefit their opponent. Well, there are several; take your pick: hypocrite, sore loser, cheat, sower of dissent, three-year-old. Ridiculous.
